By far, the biggest headline coming out of the 2025 NFL Draft is quarterback Shedeur Sanders sliding all the way to the fifth round while the media projected him to be at minimum a first-round pick, with some analysts like Mel Kiper even predicting him to be a top-5 selection. What’s even more noteworthy is that Jax Ulbrich, the son of Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich, prank-called Sanders directly amid his draft stock sliding, kicking him while he was already down in the process.
