Lebanon’s government has tasked the justice ministry with investigating options for prosecuting Israel for crimes against journalists.
Israel killed 12 journalists who were covering the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah.
Rights groups want the case referred to the International Criminal Court.
But it is a legal avenue that so far has not been taken.
