Despite the countless hours of video evidence of violence and misconduct committed by ICE agents and other DHS officers, it is still shocking to see just how low the department will sink, as new reporting from the AP revealed that staffers at the Camp East Montana ICE concentration camp were apparently placing bets and gambling on which detainee would take their life first while in custody.
