NYPD faces lawsuit over privacy violations in surveillance practices

The New York Police Department (NYPD) is being sued over its use of surveillance technology.
The lawsuit has been filed on behalf of a couple who say two CCTV cameras point directly at their house – violating their constitutional rights to privacy.
